- One sign is very heavy breathing and panting because you are so tired. You might get a cramp and your calves might hurt a lot because you've been moving for a long time. Your face might get really red and you might get really thirsty from moving around and using your energy.
- What can we do to make these signs go away?
- To make these signs go away you can drink water if your face is red and when you get a cramp and your calves hurt and your breathing very heavily you can lay down and get some rest. When your thirsty it helps to drink a lot of water and get hydrated.
