Q: What was your maximum temperature (use your Data Chart, not the picture)? A: My maximum temperature was at its starting point at the temp of 95.4 Q: What was your minimum temperature (use your Data Chart, not the picture)? A: My minimum temperature was 70.9. Q; What is your range? If you had any penalties or gifts, include those in your total. A: Nope. We had NO degrees added or unfortunatley taken off. Our Range was 25.9 (maximum minus the minumum) Q; What materials did you use in your insulated bottle (type them in order from your first layer, second layer, and third layer.)? A: Our first layer was a plastic bag. Our second layer was the thickest piece of felt EVER. Our third layer was A quilt with polyester batting insides. It didn't hold too well. Q: Why did you choose the materials that you did? A: We chose the materials we did because we thought they would hold against the temperatures and would lock the heat in. Q: What are some materials that you didn't choose? A:Wax paper. Plastic Wrap. We also didn't choose the bubble wrap Q: Why didn't you choose them? A:We didn't choose these because they were super thin and we didn't think they would help lock the heat in. 8. Explain any blips on your graph (if you have them). Why did it do that? 9. Is an insulator a good or a poor conductor of heat energy? |
