If we exert ourselves, what are three (or more) signs that our bodies are in distress? Why?:
We start breathing heavy,because we need more air. Also your face gets red because all of the energy is making
your body pump more blood. Your muscles start to feel sore because sometimes your body isn't used to the movement.
What can we do to make these signs go away?:
We can drink water to get liquid in us ,sleep to rest our body,and eat food to get more energy.
