You sweat so that you get cooler when you are hot. It does this by making the sweat do evaperative cooling, so you don't faint or get to hot.

First, you can drink cool water to make your body temperature go down. Second, you can stop doing what your doing and take a break. Third, you can take an inhaler to help with your breathing.
