What I feel:
- My calf hurts. I think it is because I don't do jumping jacks a lot so I was stretching my calf into a position that was not normal for me.
- I feel light headed. I think it was because my brain had a greater need for oxygen and my body needed to catch up.
- My heart is beating fast. It was probably trying to get more oxygen.
- He is falling over. I think it was because he was doing too much.
- He is panting. I think because he was trying to get more oxygen.
- Sweating. I think because his body was trying to cool down.
- What three basic things do our bodies need in order survive? We need food, water, and energy to survive.
- If we exert ourselves, what are three (or more) signs that our bodies are in distress? Panting, sweating, heart beating fast.
- What can we do to make these signs go away? We can sleep and rest. This is important to allow our bodies to recover.
