- If we exert ourselves, what are three (or more) signs that our bodies are in distress, Why?: You breath heavily, your face turns pinkish red, and you slow down after a little bit of time from tight muscles. These things happen because you are working your body and burning a lot of energy.
- What can we do to make these signs go away?: You can hydrate your body with water and you can rest your muscles and your body.
